Anemometer is an advanced device used to measure wind speed in industrial environments. Industrial anemometers are essential in manufacturing plants, especially where safety and optimal working conditions are critical. Thanks to their ability to provide accurate measurements, industrial anemometers help identify potential hazards, plan safety measures, and optimize operational efficiency in variable weather conditions.

Description

The DAV anemometer is an advanced device designed for continuous air flow velocity measurement in mine tunnels, shafts, corridors, and for local signaling of airflow loss. The high-brightness optical element signals hazards at the entry into a controlled area. The measurement head can be placed up to 30 meters away from the base unit.

Main Features of the Anemometer

Measurement Head: The measurement head is a crucial component of the anemometer, allowing for accurate air flow velocity measurements. Thanks to the precise measurement head, the anemometer can record changes in velocity with high accuracy, making it ideal for air quality control and environmental condition monitoring.

Continuous Air Flow Velocity Measurement: The anemometer provides continuous air flow velocity measurements. This feature allows for real-time monitoring of changes and immediate responses to changing conditions.

Remote and Local Warning: The anemometer has the ability to provide both remote and local warnings. Users can be informed of any changes in air flow velocity remotely (via monitoring systems or email/SMS notifications) or locally (through visual or acoustic signals at the measurement site).

Variety of Transmission Standards: The anemometer offers a range of data transmission standards. This means it can be tailored to different systems and communication infrastructures. The availability of various standards, such as RS-485, FSK modems, or output voltages, makes the anemometer easily integrable with existing monitoring and control systems.
