A control-transmission device is an advanced tool used in various industrial fields for managing and controlling processes, as well as transmitting data. This multifunctional device combines control, monitoring, and information transmission functions between different systems or devices. Control-transmission devices are designed for effective management of various parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and other process variables. Additionally, they enable data transmission between different components of the system, which is essential for the integration and synchronization of actions in industrial processes. Control-transmission devices are a crucial element in the automation of industrial processes, ensuring optimal system operation and efficient communication between individual components of industrial infrastructure.

Description

The MZT 10/60M is designed for power supply and data exchange with sensors located in the underground part of a mine. It has ten linear power supplies, each capable of powering up to four underground sensors (depending on the type). The MZT 10/60M continuously monitors the power currents, voltages, and resistances of the individual lines. To ensure uninterrupted power supply, it is equipped with two independent network power supplies. It can also be powered from a DC source with a nominal voltage of 48V. Two galvanically isolated Ethernet interfaces allow the creation of a redundant network connecting the MZT module to the supervisory system computers. The MZT 10/60M module is designed for mounting in a standard 19″ rack.

Features

Explosion-proof power supply for ten telephone lines: The ability to provide explosion-proof power supply for ten telephone lines is crucial in telecommunications systems. This ensures reliability and continuous communication even in the event of disturbances, surges, or power failures, keeping the telephone lines active and available for users at all times.
Data transmission through the power line: The module allows data transmission through the power line, meaning it not only provides power to devices but also enables the transmission of information and data between different points in the telecommunications system. This is extremely convenient as it eliminates the need for additional cables and communication links.
Two independent power supplies: The presence of two independent power supplies is a safeguard against power failures. If one power supply fails, the other continues to provide energy, ensuring the continuous operation of the telecommunications system.
Data transmission with a computer: The module enables data transmission with a computer in the process of monitoring and managing the telecommunications system. Thanks to this function, system operators can access diagnostic data, manage connections, and monitor network performance.
