Geophysical Systems

Geophysical systems are comprehensive technological solutions used in the field of geophysics for monitoring and analyzing various properties of the Earth and its environment. These systems are applied in several areas, including the exploration of natural resources, monitoring geological structure changes, seismic studies, and assessing natural hazards such as earthquakes. By collecting precise data on a large scale, geophysical systems enable a better understanding of complex geological processes, contributing to scientific development and facilitating decision-making in natural resource management and safety.

The PANTERA digital vibration recorder is a device used to measure parasismic vibrations, such as those caused by blasting operations, within a frequency range of 1 Hz to 100 Hz.

  • Vibration recording with acceleration values of +/- 2g within the 1-100 Hz frequency range, across 3 axes.
  • Non-volatile event memory allowing data storage (minimum 30 days).
  • Automatic start of recording upon exceeding a defined threshold.
  • Integrated GPS module.

The PASAT M system is composed of measurement probes (SG3), measurement-transmission modules (MPT), triggering modules (MWP), and a control, visualization, and archiving module (PDA). The modular design of the device allows for configuring the measurement system based on specific needs.

  • Determining stress in the rock mass and tracking changes over time and space.
  • Identifying geological irregularities in front of the exploitation face.
  • Measuring parameters describing physical and chemical properties of the rock.
  • Locating appropriate spots for proper installation of measurement probes in geophysical exploration.

Complementary Products

Connect your vibration recorder or seismic equipment to our cloud platform, IndustrialShield Connect. This analytical platform integrates with your chosen device, delivering real-time data that enables vibration monitoring and precise identification of geological irregularities in the rock mass ahead of the exploitation front.
