MM-4
A methanometer is an essential device for measuring methane concentration in the air, particularly in industries such as gas and mining, where controlling methane levels is crucial for safety. Methanometers are equipped with detectors that allow for precise measurement of even small amounts of methane, enabling quick reactions in potentially hazardous situations. This device allows operators to monitor the work environment and take appropriate action in case elevated methane levels are detected, minimizing the risk of threats related to this gas.

Description
The MM-4 methanometer is designed for continuous measurement of methane concentration within the range of 0-100%, both in:
– Atmospheric environments
– Pipelines
The methanometer is compatible with the SMP-NT automatic methane monitoring system and is remotely powered from the MZT-10/60M power and transmission module through a standard telecommunication line, which also transmits data. It also features an automatic shutdown function in the event of exceeding the permissible methane concentrations. The device can also operate without connection to the automatic methane monitoring system.
Features
– Continuous methane concentration measurement in the atmosphere or pipeline
– Display of measurement results and input/output statuses
– Telemetry communication with the surface station
– Alarm signaling for exceeding set threshold levels
– Support for two-state input and output systems
– Self-diagnostics and display of emergency statuses
