MM4-XRS, D**-XRS

Industrial sensors are a key component of industrial automation systems, used to optimize production processes, minimize losses, and ensure safety in the workplace. With advanced measurement technology, they enable precise control of production processes, monitoring of environmental conditions, and identification of potential hazards to personnel or property. The speed of response and measurement accuracy make them indispensable tools in today’s advanced industrial environment, contributing to efficient production management and maintaining high safety standards.

Description

An industrial sensor is a critical infrastructure element in industry, enabling the monitoring, control, and optimization of various parameters in harsh industrial conditions. Thanks to its durable construction, high accuracy, and ability to operate in explosive atmospheres, it meets the highest standards required in manufacturing, chemical, oil, and many other industries. The industrial sensor is an advanced device specifically designed to meet rigorous industrial requirements, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and the ability to operate in difficult conditions, including in explosive atmospheres.

Key Features

Durable Housing: The industrial sensor features a robust housing resistant to mechanical damage, corrosion, and environmental factors. This solid construction allows for reliable operation in harsh industrial environments where the presence of chemicals or high humidity could potentially damage other sensors.

High Measurement Accuracy: This sensor is known for its excellent measurement accuracy, which is crucial in industries where precision is essential for ensuring product quality, worker safety, and optimizing production processes. With precise measurements, it is possible to control and monitor changing parameters in the industrial environment accurately.

Small Size Compared to Other Sensors: Despite its durable construction, the industrial sensor is relatively compact compared to other devices of its type. Its compact size facilitates installation and integration in various locations within an industrial facility.

Explosive Atmosphere Compatibility: One of the key features of this sensor is its certification for use in areas with explosive atmospheres. This means it can safely function in locations where the presence of flammable gases, liquids, or dust presents a constant threat. Our sensor helps increase workplace safety and reduces the risk of explosions.

This device is designed for operation in explosive atmospheres. It is intended for use underground in mines and in above-ground mining areas exposed to gas or dust explosions.

Group I Category M1 – equipment intended for mining areas threatened by methane and coal dust, providing a very high level of safety with two independent protective measures.

Group II Category 1G – equipment designed to function in accordance with the movement parameters set by the manufacturer, providing a very high level of safety, even in rare failure cases. If one protective measure is damaged, the other ensures the required safety level, or this level is provided in the event of two independent failures.
